Dans le cadre de vos missions, vos principales responsabilités consistent à : 

  • Développer votre portefeuille client
  • Prospecter et négocier les mandats de commercialisation auprès des propriétaires
  • Conseiller les entreprises dans leurs recherches de bureau : établir le cahier des charges, proposer les offres
  • Garantir le suivi administratif ainsi que le suivi des dossiers et la finalisation des transactions
